Welcome to I Love VW Weddings, where you will find a cool, stylish ride for your wedding party in our fantastic 1963 Volkswagen Splitscreen Van. We know that your big day will be one that you will always remember and what better way to arrive than in a pristine classic VW that is guaranteed to get heads turning and encourage smiles all day!

On booking our services you will receive a first class package that we hope will be the icing on your wedding day cake. The VW will be dressed with co-ordinated vehicle ribbons and bows (if required) in line with your colour scheme and will arrive at your door to transport you in style throughout your day. Your executive chauffeur will be dressed for the occasion and will endeavour to ensure transition from venue to venue will be as stress free and smooth as possible. The van has changeable seating arrangements and can seat up to six people (if required). It works brilliantly as a vehicle solely for the bride and groom or can have enough seats for transporting bridesmaids, best man and ushers or any other guests. All we ask is that you inform us of numbers in advance so we can adjust the seats accordingly. Our sole aim is to provide you with a professional service and stylish ride on your big day ensuring it’s one to remember.

The I Love VW Weddings van hire experience includes use of the van in your wedding photographs so that you will be able to cherish this aspect of your day forever. We acknowledge the fact that photo opportunities are a vital part of the day so shots with the van are no problem. We hope you will also allow us to take plenty of snaps to use on our website. The hire packages include copies of any photographs we take on a CD posted to your home following the event.

Prices

I Love VW Weddings know that budget is an important aspect of planning a wedding, so in response to this we offer a standard base rate hire package that you can then tailor to your taste and budget by adding on extras. But be rest assured, no matter what package you choose, your experience will be priceless.

Standard base rate hire package: £295
  • Chauffer driven transport within a 40 mile radius of first pick up address
  • 4 hours of service from initial pick up time (all effort will be made to be flexible, we are aware of time slippage on wedding days. We do not book more than one wedding per day as it is important you do not feel rushed).
  • Colour co-ordinated vehicle ribbons and bows.
  • Bottles of still water for wedding party travelling in van.
  • The hire package includes copies of any photographs we take on a CD posted to your home following the event.
Additional extras to upgrade & tailor your hire package:
  • Transport within an 80 mile radius (rather than 40 mile radius in standard package): £40
  • Transport for Groom and Best Man/Ushers to wedding venue prior to Bride pick up: £20 plus extra petrol costs at 25p per mile.
  • Champagne: £30
  • Flowers in the van: £30
  • Hamper – including soft drinks, sweets, mints, disposable camera: £20
  • Chocolates: £10
  • Transport beyond 80 mile radius will be charged at a standard rate of 25p per extra mile.
